Bring your gal pals or come alone and love yourself in this gentle, heart opening flow yoga class down on the mat. We will practice by the warm fireplace. Fee includes mocktails and chocolate. Mats are available or you are welcome to bring your own. Class size is limited to 8 participants. Online pre-registration is required. No refunds will be issues unless instructor cancels class.
