This is a seated class in which participants can remain seated for a series of stretches and strengthening exercises.

This is a class where participants will move around doing a series of exercises for one to two minutes per exercise. This class will be a total body workout for all fitness levels.

This is a seated class in which participants will sit or hold on to a chair for a series of yoga postures. This class will focus on balance, flexibility and relaxation.

Yogalates

Yogalates is a dynamic fusion of yoga and Pilates, combining the mindfulness and flexibility of yoga with the core-strengthening and posture-enhancing benefits of Pilates. This class is designed to improve strength, muscle tone, balance, flexibility, and overall body awareness while promoting prelaxation and mental clarity. This is a mat class which will require participants to get up and down off a mat without assistance.
